Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the HB Funded Affiliate Programme operated by HB Funded, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17302219), with correspondence address at support@hbfunded.co.uk.
By submitting an affiliate application and/or using your affiliate link or code, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms in full, together with the HB Funded Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not apply or use your affiliate link.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for the HB Funded Affiliate Programme, you must:
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Be a resident of the United Kingdom or an approved jurisdiction.
- Hold a valid, verified HB Funded account.
- Have a genuine, active promotional channel (website, social media, YouTube, podcast, community, or similar).
- Not be an employee, contractor, or connected party of HB Funded.
- Not have previously been suspended or terminated from the Affiliate Programme.
HB Funded reserves the right to request evidence of your promotional channel at any time and to withdraw approval if eligibility conditions are no longer met.
2. Application and Approval
All affiliate applications are reviewed manually. When applying, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your promotional methods. Providing false or misleading information in your application is grounds for immediate termination.
HB Funded will notify you by email of the outcome of your application. If approved, your unique affiliate link and code will be activated in your dashboard. Approval is at HB Funded's sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Commission Structure
Approved affiliates earn commission on traders they refer to HB Funded using their unique affiliate link or code. The commission structure is as follows:

3.1 First Purchase Commission
You earn 50% of the evaluation fee paid by a referred trader on their first evaluation purchase only. Commission is triggered at the point of confirmed payment — you do not need to wait for the referred trader to pass their evaluation.
3.2 Retry Commission
Retry commission applies when a referred trader re-purchases an evaluation after a failed attempt. This commission is only available to Pro and Elite tier affiliates and is calculated on the fee paid for each retry purchase. Standard tier affiliates do not earn retry commission.
3.3 Volume Calculation
Monthly referral volume is calculated on the number of distinct referred traders who complete an evaluation fee payment in a calendar month using your affiliate link or code. Volume resets to zero on the 1st of each calendar month. Tier upgrades take effect from the start of the following calendar month once the volume threshold is confirmed.
3.4 Pro and Elite Tier Requirements
Activation of the Pro and Elite tiers requires a separate written agreement with HB Funded in addition to meeting volume thresholds. Standard tier approval must be in place before applying for a Pro or Elite tier. HB Funded reserves the right to withhold tier upgrades pending completion of a written agreement.
3.5 Commission Exclusions
Commission is not payable in the following circumstances:
- Self-referrals — referring yourself, a member of your household, or any person acting in concert with you.
- Referrals generated through prohibited conduct (see Section 6).
- Referrals where the referred trader's account is subsequently found to be fraudulent or in breach of HB Funded's Terms & Conditions.
- Referrals made after your affiliate status has been suspended or terminated.
- Any purchase made using a promo code that already applies a discount, where HB Funded determines that combined commission and discount is not commercially viable.
4. Payment of Commission
Commissions are paid directly to your registered UK bank account within 24 hours of your payout request being approved, subject to anti-fraud verification. HB Funded reserves the right to delay payment where fraud is suspected or where the referred trader's payment is subject to a chargeback or dispute.
HB Funded will not pay commission on any purchase that is subsequently reversed, refunded, or charged back. Where commission has already been paid on a purchase that is later reversed, HB Funded reserves the right to deduct the amount from future commission payments or to recover it directly.
It is your responsibility to ensure your bank details in your dashboard are accurate and up to date. HB Funded accepts no liability for failed payments resulting from incorrect bank details provided by you.
Commission payments may be subject to tax. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on commission income received. HB Funded will provide a commission statement upon request.
5. Mandatory Disclaimer Wording
All promotional content created or published by you in connection with the HB Funded Affiliate Programme must include the following disclaimer in a clearly legible format:
The disclaimer must be:
- Displayed prominently — not hidden in footnotes or in text too small to read easily.
- Included on every page, post, video description, or piece of content that promotes HB Funded or contains your affiliate link.
- In English and unmodified — you may not alter, abbreviate, or paraphrase the disclaimer wording.
Failure to include the mandatory disclaimer is a material breach of these Affiliate Terms and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not, in connection with the Affiliate Programme:
- Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about HB Funded's products, evaluation pass rates, profit potential, or any other aspect of the business.
- Guarantee profits or imply that passing the evaluation is easy or certain.
- Send unsolicited messages or spam — including via email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media direct messages — to promote your affiliate link.
- Use paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to promote your affiliate link without prior written approval from HB Funded.
- Bid on HB Funded's brand name or trademarked terms in paid search campaigns.
- Create websites, social media profiles, or content that could be mistaken for official HB Funded communications.
- Self-refer or assist others in self-referring to generate commission fraudulently.
- Offer cash-back, rebates, or side payments to referred traders from your own commission.
- Promote HB Funded to individuals in jurisdictions where spread betting or similar financial products are prohibited.
- Engage in any conduct that brings HB Funded into disrepute or conflicts with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
HB Funded grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use HB Funded's approved logos, brand assets, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Affiliate Programme in accordance with these Affiliate Terms. This licence is granted only during the period your affiliate status is active.
You must not modify, distort, or use HB Funded's brand assets in any way that is not expressly approved. Approved brand assets are available in your Affiliate Kit at /affiliate/kit.
All content you create as an affiliate remains your property. By creating content that features HB Funded branding or products, you grant HB Funded a non-exclusive licence to share, repost, or reference that content for marketing purposes, with attribution.
8. Your Relationship with HB Funded
You are an independent affiliate, not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of HB Funded. You have no authority to enter into contracts, make representations, or incur liabilities on behalf of HB Funded. You are solely responsible for your own tax, insurance, and legal obligations arising from your affiliate activity.
9. Suspension and Termination
HB Funded may suspend or terminate your affiliate status at any time, with or without notice, if:
- You breach any provision of these Affiliate Terms or the HB Funded Terms & Conditions.
- HB Funded suspects fraudulent activity in connection with your referrals.
- Your promotional activity is deemed harmful to HB Funded's reputation or in breach of applicable law.
- HB Funded decides to discontinue or restructure the Affiliate Programme.
Upon termination, your affiliate link and code will be deactivated immediately. You will be paid any validly earned and confirmed commissions due up to the date of termination, subject to anti-fraud review. Commissions earned through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

10. Changes to These Terms
HB Funded reserves the right to amend these Affiliate Terms at any time. We will notify active affiliates of material changes by email with reasonable notice. Continued use of your affiliate link after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using your affiliate link and notify us of your withdrawal.
Changes to commission rates will not affect commissions already validly earned and confirmed prior to the effective date of the change.
11. Limitation of Liability
HB Funded's total liability to you in connection with the Affiliate Programme shall not exceed the total commission paid to you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. HB Funded is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit claims arising from your participation in the Affiliate Programme.
12. Governing Law
These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Affiliate Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
