HB Funded provides a simulated trading evaluation service. All trading is conducted using virtual capital in a paper-trading environment. No real money is placed in financial markets on your behalf at any time.

2. Evaluation Fee Risk

The evaluation fee is non-refundable if you fail or breach our rules. This fee is the only real money at risk. Exception: your fee is refunded upon your first successful profit share payout.

3. No Guarantee of Passing

HB Funded does not guarantee that you will pass the evaluation, progress to a funded account, or receive profit share payments. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Spread Betting Risk Warning

For educational context: real spread betting involves significant risk of loss. Spread betting is a leveraged product and losses can exceed your initial deposit. The majority of retail spread betting accounts lose money. HB Funded's simulation involves no real financial exposure beyond the evaluation fee.

5. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on the HB Funded platform, website, blog, or communications constitutes financial advice or investment advice. All content is for educational and informational purposes only. Seek independent financial advice before engaging in real financial markets.

6. Not FCA Regulated

HB Funded is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). As a result:

You are not protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)
You do not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) in relation to our services
Your statutory consumer rights under UK law remain unaffected

7. Tax Obligations

Profit share payments may be subject to UK income tax depending on your circumstances. You are solely responsible for your own tax affairs. HB Funded does not provide tax advice — consult a qualified tax adviser if unsure.

8. Technology Risk

Our platform relies on technology that may occasionally experience outages or data errors. HB Funded is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
