HB Funded is a fast-growing UK trader funding platform designed to empower talented traders. We provide ambitious traders with direct access to funded capital, allowing them to trade global financial markets without risking their own personal funds. As our community of funded traders expands rapidly, we are looking for a driven Trader Support Executive to help our traders navigate the platform, manage risk, and achieve peak trading performance.
Role Overview
As a Trader Support Executive, you will be the front-line ambassador for HB Funded. You will work directly with our evaluation and funded traders, serving as a trusted point of contact for onboarding, account performance inquiries, trading rules, and platform support. Your mission will be to ensure our traders have everything they need to succeed while maintaining compliance with our risk parameters and trading guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Trader Support & Account Management — Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding new traders, answering inquiries regarding evaluation phases, payout requests, and trading rules.
- Performance & Risk Guidance — Monitor trader accounts to ensure adherence to risk limits (drawdowns, position sizing, news trading rules) and assist traders in understanding their performance analytics.
- Community Engagement — Assist in driving trader engagement across HB Funded's community platforms (Discord, Telegram, Social Media), sharing insights, updates, and platform announcements.
- Issue Resolution — Collaborate with technical and risk management teams to quickly troubleshoot platform, execution, or account-level issues.
- Retention & Feedback — Collect feedback from traders to help shape platform improvements, payout systems, and future funding programs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Trading Knowledge — Solid understanding of financial markets (Forex, Indices, Commodities, or Crypto) and proprietary trading firm evaluation models.
- Experience — 1–3 years of experience in client support, account management, or trader success roles within fintech, brokerage, or prop trading.
- Risk Awareness — Familiarity with trading risk management concepts (e.g., maximum drawdown, daily loss limits, risk-to-reward ratios).
- Communication Skills — Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Tech-Savvy — Comfortable with popular trading terminals (e.g., MT4, MT5, cTrader, TradingView) and CRM/ticketing software.
