HB Funded Weekly Prize Draw

1. About the Prize Draw
HB Funded ("we", "us", "HB Funded") runs a weekly prize draw giving one person the chance to win a free Pro evaluation fee (valued at £200, for a £25,000 funded account) each week. These terms explain how the draw works, who can enter, and what happens if you win. We've written them in plain English because we want the draw to be straightforward and fair.

3. The Prize
Each week, one winner receives one free Pro evaluation fee, worth £200. This covers the evaluation fee for a £25,000 HB Funded Pro account.
The free evaluation is subject to HB Funded's standard trading rules and account terms, which apply in full. There is no cash alternative to the prize, and the prize is non-transferable.
4. How to Enter
To enter, simply join the waitlist at hbfunded.co.uk. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win.
One entry per person. Only one entry per email address is accepted. Duplicate entries will be removed before the draw takes place.
Entry limit: each person may participate in a maximum of three (3) weekly draws. After three draws without winning, your entry is permanently removed from the draw pool. There is no re-entry, no exceptions, and no appeal process. This limit is strictly enforced by our system and exists to ensure fairness for all entrants.
5. Who Can Enter
The draw is open to:
- UK residents only
- People aged 18 or over
Employees of HB Funded and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entry is strictly limited to three (3) draws per person. Once the limit is reached, that person is permanently ineligible for future draws regardless of circumstances. Creating additional accounts or using alternative email addresses to circumvent this limit constitutes fraud and will result in disqualification from all HB Funded programmes.
6. When the Draw Takes Place
The draw is held every Friday at 12:00 noon (UK time). Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries received up to that point.
The draw runs on an ongoing weekly basis until further notice. HB Funded reserves the right to end the draw at any time, with at least 7 days' notice published on the website before the final draw takes place.
7. How Winners Are Notified
The winner will be contacted by email using the address they provided when joining the waitlist. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner promptly after each draw.
If a winner does not respond or claim their prize within 30 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and may be re-drawn or carried forward at HB Funded's discretion.
8. Claiming the Prize
Winners must claim and activate their free evaluation within 30 days of being notified. After this period, the prize expires and cannot be reissued.
The free evaluation is subject to HB Funded's standard account terms and trading rules, available at hbfunded.co.uk/rules.
9. Publication of Winners
With the winner's consent, we may publish their first name and surname initial (for example, "Sarah T.") on HB Funded's social media channels. We will always ask before publishing anything and will not share any other personal details publicly.
If a winner does not wish to be named, they can opt out — this will not affect their ability to claim the prize.
10. Fraud and Fair Play
We take the integrity of the draw seriously. HB Funded reserves the right to disqualify any entry that appears to be fraudulent, automated, or in breach of these terms. Standard anti-fraud checks apply to all entries and prize claims.
11. Data and Privacy
Personal information provided when entering the draw will be used solely to administer the draw and contact winners. We handle all data in line with our Privacy Policy. We will not pass your details to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
12. General
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- HB Funded's decision on all matters relating to the draw is final.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
